Why won't registration recognize our email address and password? Do we use the password that came with the router?

Some websites will send you an "activation code" after you register for that site. They will send it to the email address you specified during the registration.

When you receive the code, there is usually a link in the email you click on to send the code back to the site to indicate that you have requested registration and that you are a human and not a "robot" (that is, an automated software program attempting to penetrate their site for 'other' reasons).

If you recently registered for access to a website that required a User ID and Password to gain entry, and you recognize this email as coming from that site, simply click on the link provided to complete registration. If you don't recognize the email, it's possible that it's a fake and you should delete it. (Most likely it's legitimate and no cause for concern).

Remove the Netflix Channel and then add it back. Re-enter your email address and password and voila!

You can not get it back by any means because they do not require email address to register. If there was any option of email address to register or to complete registration, there may a chance to get back nickname on your email address but there is no option. So, you can not get your nickname back. You have to create a new account. You can connect your Facebook account with this, it will help you to never forget your nickname or email address of registration because you will remember your Facebook account email and password.

On the yahoo page click on I can't access my account.

It will take you to yahoo password helper.
Choose from the options to recover your account...

1. Double click the link above
2. Click the word "I can't access my account."
3. Choose I forgot my password.
4. Click Next.
5. Enter your yahoo id
6. Enter the code shown. if you cannot read the code click can't read this code.
7. Click Next
8. Then write your alternate email if you have, the one you validated during your registration
9. Click next
10.Or if you do not access your alternate email choose i can't access any of the account above;
11. Then answer the following questions, your birthday, your country and your postal code;
12. Then if they find your information, they will email your account.

During registration of an yahoo ID, you might have provided an alternate email address to reset your ID password on emergency. If you can remember it, just visit, http://edit.yahoo.com/forgot and choose the last option, I forgot my yahoo ID, and provide the email address in the box, you can receive confirmation or notification mail with registered ID details.

If you didn't provide an email address during registration, there is no other process, last way is to register a new ID.

Configure the router to work with the Smart Bro connection. You might be needing your username and password from Smart Bro for this.

Is your desktop getting an ip address from the router?
You said that you reset the router, do you mean turning it on and off or pressing the reset button?
