Since I don't know your laptop's brand / model, I will give you general details. Shut down your laptop (not hibernate, just shut down) from the start button at the lower left corner of the desktop. After the laptop shut down remove the power plug and the battery from it's place. Put the laptop upside down and unscrew all the screws at the bottom that hold a separate smaller cover. Slide the cover out and unscrew the inner screws in order to disassemble the parts of the laptop like hard disk, memory etc. At the end unscrew the screws that hold the main bottom cover and slowly open it up. It's a good idea to keep a note of what screw goes where especially if they are not all the same. Use a soft brush (and if possible air under pressure) to clean up pedantically the air blinds all around the laptop. In case of using air under pressure leave the laptop to "rest" (and the temperatures and humidity to balance) for about 15 minutes. Reassemble the laptop at the reverse order.

In case of a problem or clarification, don't hesitate to post me a reply before rejecting my answer including the brand / model to give you more details.
If you are satisfied, rate my solution with the "thumbs" or (even better) add a testimonial.

How do I clean the fan?

Just open the case, sounds very scientific, but as long as you organize which screw where to put back it's not a hard IT job to do.
Probably the fan got stuck, or something (often even hardened dust) can make this noise. At first - before unscrewing and disassembling the laptop I'd buy a $5.00 compressed air spray and spray into the gaps, where the fan blows out the hot air. This should help. If not, well.. disassembling and finding the small "something" that's in the way of the fan. Below a picture how to clean the fan without opening anything. I'd try this at first. Hope I could help! Maybe your laptop looks different, but it has such gaps for sure, where the hot air is leaving your laptop. You don't have to loose anything, max that 5 bucks... 25084652-ryxirccbi43qbqsuxb0nf4w3-3-0.jpg

Namy laptop fan is not working. how to fix this problem? pls help

Check if this is plugged into the board properly. You may need to disassemble the laptop if the fan is loose. If it was working faintly a while before, and now it completely not working, it may be because the fan is clustered with dirt and dust. Get a can of compressed air (specifically for electronics) and blow inside towards the fan from underneath. In SOME cases, you might want to completely disassemble your laptop to remove all the dirt. Please do not attempt to disassemble your laptop if you are not confident with it. You have to get someone experienced to do it for you. If these solutions don't work, then I don't know. Good luck.

The blower of my toshiba laptop is noisy?

Either the fan needs to be cleaned from accumulated dust, or it is damaged & needs to be replaced.
First, blow some compressed air into the fan vent. If a cloud of dust comes out, then you will need to disassemble the laptop & clean the fan & the air ways, then re-assemble it back. If this did not solve the problem, you will need to replace the fan.

Overheating issues Fan needs cleaning

A can of compressed air will work fine. Make sure you hold it up right. Holding it upside down will cause moisture to spray out.
