Question about NorStar M7310 Corded Phone
We have an M7310 phone in our shop which was previously programmed with a "HELP" button. When pressed all of the other phones on our system would ring continuously (or so I'm told.) However, since upgrading to a newer system, this function no longer works. I have looked through the documentation, but cannot find anything that resembles this function.
Any suggestions on how I get this back?
Not sure which system you have but it sounds to me like you are looking to make a group that contains all your phone extensions. It's like calling an extension number for a specific phone but in this case it would be a group extension number that contains a list of all your phones. It may be called a "hunt group" and you would want to set it up so all phones ring simultaneously, not in order. Then you program a key on all your phones to call that group extension number.
