Question about Xerox Office Equipment & Supplies
This is indicative of internal hardware failure on the printer... Have you tried simply unplugging the machine from the power source for a good 3 minutes and replugging it in? Sometimes this will kickstart whatever module has failed in the printer. Even if it does though you are in for some hardware failure in the near future. This machine will need to be serviced, I do not recommend you attempt the repair yourself unless you've worked on Xerox printers in the past.
Let me know if you really want to try to attempt a repair yourself, or if you need the contact information for whom to contact for service.
