How do I link handset to base after power outage CS6529-3

You set the cordless phone back into the charging base. After a few seconds (longer if in need of a charge), the cordless will register with the base establishing the connection required to place and receive calls.

Our Powerbolt 1000 started beeping this morning. I've tried replacing the batteries and disconnecting the power strip. The beeping continues. I am unable to reset the code. Are there any other...

Powerbolt is Beeping?

This is the relevant excerpt from the Powerbolt programming and troubleshooting instructions:

Why is my Powerbolt 1000 unit beeping?

To determine why your lock is beeping abnormally, please follow these steps:

Take out batteries and unplug power strip.
Let it sit for 1 minute, then put the batteries back in and wait another minute.
If it does not beep, the keypad needs to be replaced (17733-1).
If the unit continues to beep, the powerboard needs to be replaced (A17734-3,3 Powerboard 1470 brass finish; A17734-3,26D Powerboard 1470 satin chrome finish; A17734-3,5 Powerboard 1470 antique brass finish).

The complete page that I cut this from can be found by cutting and pasting this link into your browser search bar:

Since you've already gone through the battery change, etc.,this suggests that you need to replace the appropriate Powerboard for your lock.

So this is the link to Weiser Customer Support Page:

http://www.weiserlock.com/en/CustomerService/ProductSupport/SupportContact.aspx

I suggest calling the appropriate toll-free number and having a conversation with a representative about this problem, first of all to confirm that you need the part before you go through the expense.
Also, they will be able to get the correct part on order for you.

Good luck!

We had a power outage for about 45 minutes a few days ago. Ever since then the Powerware 3110 has been beeping. I turned it off and left it plugged in overnight and when I turned it back on the beeping...

This could be several things, fortunately the device should actually be helping you to diagnose the issue. There are different beeps for different issues. They are as follows:

1 Beep Every 5 Seconds = Power Outage\Loose Plug Connection\Tripped Circuit Breaker\Power Cord Damage or Failure

2 Beeps Every 5 Seconds = Low Battery Alarm

3 Beeps Every 5 Seconds = Battery Needs Charging\Service\Replacement

3 Beeps Every 5 Minutes = The Battery is discharged and battery power is unavailable (If this continues battery replacement may be necessary)

1 Beep Ever 1/2 Second = Power Requirements exceed the UPS Capacity (remove some equipment to lighten the load on the unit)

Continuous Beep = Short Circuit / Input Voltage out of Range / UPS Fault (Likely replacement of entire unit)

That should help diagnose the actual issue. If it turns out the battery needs to be replaced they can be found online for around $20. A simple google search for Powerware 3110 Battery should return what you're after. Good luck!

Locks up when loading a game

locks up usually means a corrupt file. GO into safe mode

1. hold power button down til powers off then hold again to power on continue to hold 5sec will hear a beep 5sec again another and it will power down.

hold it again 5sec hear 1 beep then about 2-4sec later 2 quick beeps let go of it. You will be asked to plug your controller in.

from the options in safe mood click the restore system files option it will tell you your hard drive is corrupt just click okay it will do its thing restart and you should be good to go.

Door locks and F9 fault codes

The F9 code indicates there is a problem with the door lock.

Try disconnecting the power to the range for 10 seconds and reconnecting. Open the oven door and hold the door switch plunger in while you try these things. Put the control into clean for 5 minutes then cancel clean. You must hold the door switch plunger in for the 5 minutes.

Try canceling the clean cycle without putting the control into clean.

Uniden Cordless Phone Model DSS7855. frequently fails to connect to an incoming call, with 'out of range' indication. The phone is less than 1 meter from the base station.

The handset/base keeps a record of who it’s registered to. The base also keeps a record of how many handsets are registered to it.

Using the de-register function on the handset deletes the handset from the base (decrements the count) and deletes the base info from the handset. All this requires that the base and handset can communicate with each other.

To remove the base data from a handset when out of range of the base, press and hold the ‘end’ button and the ‘#’ button simultaneously until the phone beeps. It will now be de-registered from the base.

However, the base will still have this handset in it’s record.

To de-register all handsets from the base, remove power and the base handset. Press and hold the ‘flash/find hs’ button while applying power. Wait for the beep and release the button. The charge light will now flash. Sit any handset in the cradle. When the flashing stops, all handsets are inhibited from connecting.

However, the handset still appears to be connected to the base unit. Pressing talk will give an ‘Unable to connect’ message. To re-register the handsets to the base, you have to de-register the handset first with the two button method.

Of interest, pressing ‘*’ and ‘#’ on the handset while reconnecting the battery is suppose to reset the handset. Doing the same on the base unit puts you in some sort of diagnostic mode. Press speaker to exit.
