Question about HP Computers & Internet
The ink cartridge for your printer is out you mean. Just simply open your printer (depending on what type it is, you can either lift a lid and you will see the ink cartridge (s) which some may have tabs to release them and some you just pop out, remove the ink cartridge and take it to the store with you so you can get someone to help you purchase the right one for your printer and replace them the same way you pulled them out) they all will only go in the cartridge holder one way, close the tabs (if you have them), close the printer and turn it back on, now you will want to access your printer icon on your desktop or start menu and print a test page. It would be helpful to know what type of printer you have, but the instruction will still be the same. Hope this help.
