Question about Casio Parts Cash Register PC Desktop

1 Answer

I have programmed one department key and one tax rate. Girls messed up on a sale and just wrote me a note to void the sales. Girls re-entered the sale the correct way, but I need to get rid of the wrong sale that was rang up.

If you have a refund button, then press refund, then the item, then the payment type you used during the original sale

Press the CA button twice. Then push and hold down the %/set key until the 0 disappears and reappears. Then type in your tax rate and the percent key (eg: 8.25%) and then press the TAX+ key. It should save the new tax rate. Posted on Feb 25, 2008

How to program two non cumulative taxes on a Casio PCR-T2000A?

Firstly, change the rates for each tax in the tax rate setting tables of your manual. Then you need to turn on tax rate 1 and 2 for departments that need both. This is done in the department programming tables. Tax setting can be quite involved so follow the tables carefully. If you need a programming manual, One of the users has it here:

How can I set tax rate for Canon DK 100i?

1. Press the On/CA key.
2. Press the Set (Tax+) key.
3. Key in the tax amount.
4. Press the Set (Tax+) key.

Tax rate should now be set. To use, enter a sales price, press the Tax+ key, and the price with tax will be displayed. Pressing the Tax+ key again will display the amount of tax for that sale.

Change tax rate oncalculator

Press the [ac] button, then press and hold the [tax+] button for a second or two. Then enter the tax rate you want as a percentage. You would enter 8.25% sales tax as 8.25 for instance. Then press the [%] key to set the rate. Notice that printed above the [tax+] button is "tax rate" and above the [%] key is "rate set" as a reminder of which key to press.

Not sure if this will help, XE-A101
intialize(clear) mode switch to REG and plug in.

Make sure battery and paper in the machine.

MODE TO PROGRAM:

TIME: enter 4 digit military time such as 8 AM would be 0800
3:00 PM would be 1500, etc press the #sbtl key time is in

DATE: Enter month date and year in 6 digits such as: March 15 2002 would be 0315202 depress the # sbtl date is in.

TAX RATE: 9 # SBTL TAX RATE SUCH AS 1 @ tm
70000 @/TM 10 CA/TEND.

YOU HAVE MADE 7 % TAX IN DEPARTMENTS 1 - 4
5 - 8 ARE NON TAX. THSI CAN BE CHANGED BUT MAY
GET YOU GOING . GO TO TO REG MODE AND SEE IF IT WORKS. AS I SAY THIE IS XE 101 MAY NOT BE THE SAME FOR 102.
