Hi Guys and girls I have a 60gb ipod and it wont restore anybody have any ideas on how to restore it? thanks Jason

1. Flip the Hold switch on and off and make sure it ends up no longer on hold.
2. Press and hold the Menu and Select buttons (center Button) until the Apple logo appears (may take 5-11 seconds, and you may need to repeat this step) If this not work for you try plugging your ipod into computer or wall power.

I have an ipod 80GB with video out to the TV My 60GB willplay my pictures as a slide show on the TV, but the 80GB will not. Any Suggestions

You probably need different cables for the different ipod. Go to www.apple.com and click on the support tab; after it loads put the article HT1453 into the search. It will pull up the apple article on this exact kind of issue. It has pictures to show the different kinds of cables needed for the TV OUT feature on ipods. I found it very helpful, hope you do as well. Cheers :)

Apple ipod displays only grey apple icon

this should pretty much do you http://www.ipodlinux.org/Key_Combinations

first reset depending on your ipod then quickly useing the correct combination force it into disk mode (already having it plugged into the computer sometimes helps) then use itunes restore utility to fix it itunes will say your ipod needs to be restored and that should do it for you

and one other thing sometimes it is hard to get it to stay in disk mode so try putting it into diagnostic mode then pluging in the dock connector then selecting disk mode from the options
