Question about HP Pavilion a800n (PP163AA) PC Desktop
Is the monitor being plugged into onboard video or through a video card. If it's through a video card just make sure that there isn't any loose connections inside the computer between the card and the motherboard.

DID they test it with their own VGA cable ?? if yes , then try using another VGA cable , see if it works , AJ
