Monitor display in blue shade

your monitor signal cable is not connected properly or not working properly. check it. or change your signal cable.

connect another cable as follows
1-red
2-green
3-blue
4-gnd
5-gnd
6-red gnd
7-green gnd
8-blue gnd
9-+5v from display card
10-stand by
11-synchronus ground
12-sda
13-hsync
14-vsync
15-scl
the numbers of pin are given
under pin

d problem is in a transistor costing little, situated near d monitor's osd control ic (microprocessor), it is probably short....[refer the connection n area around the front panel cn connector and crystal clock generator]..beware u must b a professional

i think the problem is in your monitor and it is not manuall. any part of your monitor might have been damaged ,so get it checked by an hardware expert

Please change the switch pannel  and check 

there are 15 Pins in Monitor cable which is connected to VGA port on the rear side of the Tower. First, we need to reset BIOS settings, and then try again - onboard video card only. for Add-on Video card try reseating video card in diff. slot if possible / reseat video card and try again. if it does not fix it, it could be the problem with Monitor RGB Connection - near the electron gun in the monitor CRT tube. resolder RGB , it will fix it.

hey bro.

 

you try to re solder the vertical section and the color section.

change the eprom (A41dDC) after connect pc then switch on monitor

change the 5v regulator 7805 which is the supply for microprocesor

it is due to the 5V regulator ,replace that
