Locate the old link, it is one bolt that holds isolators and washers around the stabalizer bar to keep it from moving up and down, and eliminates body torsional twisting.
Remove the old link-you may have to cut it off if it is rotted, and replace it as the old one was, there is one stabilizer link on each side of the stabilizer bar so if one is broke, look at the other side to see how the isolators and washers go.
Always replace both of these , never just replace one. Good practice and not expensive. (They may come in pairs, depending on where you buy them.)
