I'd need a bit more information to answer your question. What program are you using? What kind of files do you wish to move? Do you wish to keep the original files where they are now?

How do I download my movies onto a memory card on medion lifetab

Hi

If the pc has a card reader built in insert your card into the relivant slot and then you can just use computer / My computer to drag and drop the files from the PC to the card.

If you don't have a card reader you will need to buy a card reader that plugs into your USB socket, then you can use drag and Drop to copy the files

take the hard drive out of the dead computer and install it as a slave in the working one, if the hard drive still functions you will be able to drag and drop files from one hdd to the other. usb is WAY to slow to move large files.

Yes, try drag and drop, highlight the Pictures and drag them to a file where you can recover them. for example, make a temporary file on your hard disk. eg. TEMP. If you can see the files you should be able to drag and drop, then make a new CD. Good Luck

I have a cd that a friend burned for me and the songs on the cd are mp3. I need step by step instructions on how to get those ripped to my libary, because me just doing it the regular way doesnt work.

Hypothetically, if you have files on a disc, you'd drag and drop them somewhere on your computer.... such as your "my music" folder in your documents folder.

iTunes and Media Player use this as a default "search" path for new files, and it should add into the library automatically.

If they still don't show up, drag and drop them from the music folder into whatever program you are using to manually add them.

You can't rip a data disc with files on it like you could rip an audio CD with music on it. Different formats. =-]

Cannot copy files to DVD disks

First of all you should have the recording tab ON. Have you tried burning using Nero instead of dragging and dropping? This may solve the problem.

However, if you prefer to drag and drop, try setting the write speed to a slower setting, even if the dvd burner has faster write capabilities.

1. I do not think it is a hardware issue.

2. You can try replacing the IDE cable, but if you can read the contents of the disk it does not suggest a communication issue between the drive and mobo.

3. I do not think that the burning software is to blame, when you drag and drop you are actually using a windows based burning software that is installed with the operating system.

4. set up your files to burn through nero, let the software do the work.

I had the same issue with my dvd burner, although slightly different error messages, solved it by using nero instead.
