Question about Honeywell Programmable Thermostat Heater
Hi, the only problem that it could be if the display and system is working good, is a faulty back light from the factory. All you can do is take your receipt and the stat back, and exchange it. It has nothing to do with the way it was wired, its just one of those things that happen from time to time. Even though its new doesn't mean it will work right. I know its a pain, but that is the problem as you have 24 volts there or the unit wouldn't run, and that voltage lights the back light, so its not right.
