check your ram it could be faulty.or over heating,check and make sure your fan is running.if its the fan get a hoover and clean it out.

What Security? Is your Anti Virus up-to-date? ALL you Windows Updates current? It may be a Virus or Malware? Unplug, remove battery, plug in, reboot. Try to do a Systen Restore to a date before the issue. OR, Boot to Safe Mode with Networking and download Freeware MALWAREBYTES at :http://www.filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/ In the install UNCHECK the TRIAL PRO version, you want the freeware version. Runn a FULL Scan, Delete ALL results, Reboot. You mat have to repeat the process if it's a Virus or Malware. Post results.

All USB not working? If not remove USB device re-boot and then re insert USB device. Still does not work check Device Manager look for any errors under the USB list. That said, how old is your Samsung and what are you using in your USB port?

Does it boot up? Are you able to use it after 5 minutes? What does the flashing look like? Is it flashing the boot up posting processes?

Have you tried booting up in Safe Mode and see if it flashes for 5 minutes?

Turn off the computer, then hit the power button to turn it back on and immediately start hitting the F8 key repeatedly until you see SAFE MODE. Take the Safe Mode option and let it boot up. Safe Mode will look different to you, the screen will be darker and the icons bigger, this is normal.

Windows has been completely corrupted, the only thing left to do is to reinstall it.
For that press F9 while the Samsung logo is on the screen and then select the Restore option.
