E have been given new pens with firmware 2.1.1.11 on them. They would not hold a sync to the PC. Poly sent our techs a newer firmware version and the pens held a sync for 1 day. After that day, connectivity is sporadic and undependable. You can be using the pen madly writing away, then the thing falls out of projection mode. We have to stop, re-enter PM, re-calibrate and sometimes it will sync, sometimes not. We are also told by our vendor we cannot use the perm. mount settings and therefore must recalibrate frequently. Any idea why? Thank you ps AND THE blasted battery cover keeps falling off the pen. What is THAT about?

SOURCE: When the Polyvision Click Eno pen cap is left off

No, the eno board shouldn't require any calibration after the pen cap is left off. The pen does power off after a while to save bettery power. You just put the cap back on for a second and Presto! - it's on again!

I want to start over with my Zune Model 1089. I want to clear everything off of it and start over. Please help....

1. Slide the "hold" switch so that it is in the unlocked position. 2. Press the "Back" button and the top of the Zune pad at the same time and hold until the device resets and begins to power up. Release the buttons when the Zune starts to power on. 3. Immediately press and hold the "Back" button and both the left side and the center of the Zune pad and continue to hold until the Zune restarts. The phrase "Please Wait" will appear on the LCD screen. Release the buttons.
4.Let the Zune continue resetting. It will clear the contents and eventually display "Connect Zune to your PC" when it is ready.
5. Connect the Zune to your PC via the sync cable. Follow the prompts given by the Zune software to completely restore the Zune device to the factory settings. If you have downloaded newer Zune firmware, you have the option to restore the Zune firmware with the latest version.

My Alesis Videotrack stops recording on it's own. There is no consistency of time when it stops.

Contact Alesis Tech Support. They sent me a new FW (version 1.44) newer than was on th ewebsite. It fixed random stops and added an audio only recording option as well.

Error 80010009 with a brand new moterolla (I looked it up before i bought it, it is playstation compatible) I get this error code after i enter my registration code (0000)

After calling the Motorola company i discovered it is not a problem with the ps3 rather is was the headset. Error 80010009 occurs when there is connectivity problems. My bluetooth was simply a dud that had close to no connectivity. Motorola simply sent me a new one in exchange for the broken one. The new one was even a newer version and it took less then a minute to sync it with my ps3. Now when ever my ps3 is on and i turn my bluetooth on it automatically connects and works great! If this doesn't seem to be the case check out some of the solutions others have posted because you problem might have been mine or might have been theirs! Hope this helps!

Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

Download the Sansa Recovery Tool from the Sansa website.
Format - Erases Everything: Connect your Sansa player to the computer and open Windows Media Player. Click on the Sync tab. Pull down the drop down menu underneath the Sync tab by moving your cursor over the Sync tab and left clicking on the little black arrow underneath the Sync tab. Highlight "Sansa 1GB" (wording may vary slightly), and then select "Format." - this should erase everything.
Firmware Upgrade- Erases Everything: Get the latest firmware upgrade from Sansa - it updates the firmware and erases every song in the player all at once. Note: this method doesn't work if already have the latest firmware. Go to this website and click "Firmware Updater" to find out: http://www.sandisk.com/Retail/DriverDownloads.aspx

Initial Delay of tablet pen

I had a similar problem with Vista which made the pen/cursor freeze just as the tip was placed on the tablet face.
The problem turned out to be a Vista setting.
I went to Start > Control Panel > Pen and Input Devices.
Then in the Pen Options tab highlight the "Press and Hold" pen action and then press the "Settings..." button. In the dialog box that opens uncheck the "Enable press and hold for right-clicking" check box. Hit "OK".
Worked for me.
