uninstall "NEW PC STUDIO" from control panel, I uninstalled all drivers also.
Go to http://www.samsung.com/us/support/detail/supportPrdDetail.do?menu=SP01&prd_ia_cd=01010100&prd_mdl_cd=SGH-A887ZKAATT&prd_mdl_name=SGH-A887 and click "software" download and install this version, its an updated version.
This worked for me after spending 1.5 hours on the phone with samsung support, as they have no "live chat" for mobile phone support.

i have solution for that. using software SoftickPPP221 and uploader jad. u can see how it works in youtube. but then for samsung SGH-M610, it needs a java code such as #*5737425#(samsung D500). so all we need is java code to install games and application.
