Question about Sony Ericsson K800i Cellular Phone
This is a problem with the earpiece of the phone,it is probably faulty or it has shifted position
Open your phone and you will see a component that looks like a small speaker at the top of your phone where the earpiece is normally located
Check to see if it is in place by touching it with your hands.
Test the phone to see if the same thing happens.If it does then your earpiece is faulty and it should be changed
