Hi,

I will suggest you try reset the printer, follow the instruction below to reset your printer, if the problem still persist, replace the cable that connects the printer to the power outlet. If that did not still fix the problem, you will need to reinstall the driver of the printer again.

1. Without turning the unit off, unplug the power cord from the back of the product.
2. Press and hold # and 6 keys.
3. While holding those keys plug the power cord back in.
4. Wait until the screen goes blank before you release those keys.
5. Follow on printer screen instructions.

If that did not fix the problem, try this,
  1. Unplug the power cable from printer while the printer is powered on.
  2. Press and hold OK and HELP buttons while plugging in the power cord. Wait for the screen to go black or blank before releasing the keys.
  3. Just turn on the printer and configure your printer new.

For the past few days, whenever i switch on my Hp Deskjet F380 Printer, there is always cancle option blinking.

You need to check on your PC and see if there is a job pending in the printer. If so cancel it the PC. If not try unplugging the power cord from the printer for 20 seconds. Plug it back in and see if that does the trick.

If this was helpful please rate.

HP deskjet F380 - 'status: paper jam'. There is no paper jam!

Unplug the power cord and while doing that make sure printer is powered on i mean do not turn off the printer using the power button. When you unplug the power cord than press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. Than release the power button and connect the power cord and then try to print.

Lost my power cord for my printer ,where can i purchase a new one

Check at your local Wal-Mart, OfficeDepot, OfficeMax. If they sell the printer, they sell the A/C cord. Otherwise, www.sparepartswarehouse.com/HP,DeskJet-Other,Printer,Power-Cords.aspx
copy/paste that link into your browser window. They specialize in HP Power Cords, but running to one of the aforementioned stores in your neighborhood will be the quickest fix (and you'll save Shipping Charges, too).
