Question about Nokia 6133 Cellular Phone

1 Answer

Keypad Hi.  My keypad on my Nokia 6133 is not working.  Whether it is the numeric buttons, the menu button, etc. none of them work.  I can still receive calls, and use the power & camera buttons on the side.  There is nothing wrong with the displays.   I do not remember dropping the phone or getting it majorly wet.  The phone is no longer under warranty.

Menu key and some numeric keys are not working(nokia 6300)

Hi,

If only two buttons are not working then it means there is carbon on the particular buttons if your an technician then you can do it easily if not then please visit your nearest Nokia service center (nokia care) or any mobile repair center they will do it.
If any 3 buttons are not working in a row then there is problem with your Keypad ID you must change it from Nokia service center (nokia care) or any mobile repair center they will do it.

Regards,
Harish
