I am getting an error message remove and check right cartridge?

Replace the right cartridge with a new genuine HP cartridge.(not a re-fill)
If still does it check that the contacts are clean where the cartridge seats.(wipe with a q-tip)

Printer says to insert black print cartridge in right stall

Refer to printer manual as some of them require you to reset the software to accept new cartridge.

Manual here if you do not have one

Did you try another cartridge? Try reinstalling the old cartridge and see if the message is different. If so, replace the cartridge.

HP OFFICEJET 7210 ALL-IN-ONE

Time for a new pca carriage. part number C8963-60051. good luck finding one though. All your problems are caused by a stupid little plastic tab that used to hold the metal thing in place. now, it moves around when you put in a cartridge and doesn't make contact with the right circuits. I really hate HP for making such a crappy part and then having no way to replace it. Well, besides sending it to them so they can charge you $215+ to fix it. That's more than what I paid for new!!!

Remove and ck right cartridge

Once remove both the cartridges from the all-in-one and then clean the copper contacts of the cartridges and then put only black cartridge and check for the message displayed on the all-in-one if it even reads check right cartridge then the issue is with the all-in-one hardware. If it reads insert right or color cartridge then the issue seems to be with the cartridge.

Remove the cartridges from the all-in-one and power cycle the all-in-one and then reset.

Now insert the cartridge and check for the result. If the issue still persists then check the expiry date on the cartridge and once replace the cartridge and check for the result.

Remove and check right cartridge

Install a new cartridge or clean the contacts on both the back of the cartridge and the contacts where the cartridge is plugged into, with warm water. Dry both then reinstall. Make sure neither show any damage. I have seen inkjet printers where a small hole is poked into the traces where the cartridge installs into the printer, destroying it.

Right print cartridge issue

Some 3rd party cartridges are not perfectly manufactured and in many cases you'll need to press firmly (not hard) on the top front of the cartridge to ensure adequated contact is made wih the electronics on the cartridge and your printer.
