Question about KDS Radius RAD-5 15 in. Flat Panel LCD Monitor
When i turn on my pc my monitor image flicks on and then off
The monitor is either overheating, or (more likely I think) the overheat sensor is sending a false overheat signal.
I've heard it can be bypassed by either clipping the sensor or clipping and then shorting the leads. I can't confirm that and I don't know what the sensor looks like or what it is.
Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

When I turn it on , it flicks on and then off. Since there is no image, I turn off and then on again which results in the same: it flick an image on and then it turns it off.
