This can be an indication of a monitor going bad or a video card going bad- Test this by attaching a second known-good monitor to your system- if the color issue is gone, the issue was the monitor. If the issue is still there, then the video card in your system itself is going bad.

Or www.digikey.com just make sure to use caps with low ESR, 105c, high ripple current, long life rating such as PANASONIC FM or FC series.
