If you are using your blackberry in an unlocked state and the unlock was done with the RIM tool. That may be why.
Also, you could update your BB operating system and see if it goes away.
It sounds to me like a security exception from an unlocked phone.
I had a similar experience and it went away at some point. it didn't bother the operation of the phone.

I got same issue after installing YM on my Bold 9700. Then I connected my BB to Desktop Manager, in Application Loader I select YM action to 'downgrade'. (that mean I had to downgrade version of YM) Follow until finished the process. After that, no more error message after reboot.

Uncaught java.null. exception every time mention after I reboot my bold 9700

Can you use the BlackBerry, or is it locked up? It sounds like an application error -- did you just download or install a new application or game? If so, uninstall it and see if the error message goes away.

You can also try clearing your Java cache and all temporary files to see if that clears it up. Have you tried a battery pull?

Uncaught exception Application Net_rim_phone_bb (63) is not responding

If you are getting lots of errors on your BlackBerry Bold 9700 Smartphone, and it is acting up, I recommend refreshing its system software / firmware. This ought to make it run like new.

I hope that helps.

I get the message Uncaught exception: DSSMA: invalid state (5):10060 everytime I try to get my messages

Hi, When the BlackBerry smartphone user attempts to access or open the messages folder from the Home screen, the Uncaught Exception: DSSMA Invalid state error message is displayed. To resolve this error, you need to perform a hard reset of the BlackBerry smartphone. If you face the same error even after performing a hard reset of the BlackBerry smartphone, you need to complete the following steps: 1. Back up the BlackBerry smartphone using BlackBerry Desktop Manager. Erase all data and applications from the BlackBerry smartphone. Restore the backup of the BlackBerry smartphone using BlackBerry Desktop Manager. Hope I helped you. Thank you for using ' Fixya ' and have a nice day!!
