It sounds as though the driver was not correctly installed- try rebooting into safe mode (F8 at splash, select safe mode) and see if there are any devices in device manager with exclamation points. If there are, that is likely your culprit- try uninstalling them then reinstalling the drivers.

Look for the Volume Mixer icon on the bottom right of your screen in the toolbar near the time. It may be hidden so click the "
If the Volume Mixer icon is not there, go to the Start Menu then click the icon for Control Panel. In the Control Panel window, select Sounds and Audio devices. Once in the settings for Sounds and Audio devices, there should be a checkbox for the option to "Place Volume Icon in the Taskbar." If no checkmark is there, click the box and then click on "OK". Now the Volume Mixer icon should appear in the taskbar.
Proceed by clicking this icon to launch the control panel for Volume Mixer. From here, you can change the volume settings for your computer and specific programs. Be sure to adjust the Master Volume setting.

Our audio hardware is plug buy there is no audio mixer

Either there are no drivers for your audio hardware, or the mixer in deactivated.
Let's try to check the drivers: start>settings>control panel>system >hardware>device manager. If there is any exclamation mark at any device at that window, there is a problem with the driver. The easiest way if there is a problem is to do an on line update.
If the drivers are OK, let's try to find out the audio mixer: start>settings>control panel>Sounds and sound devices. At the Volume panel check that there is a tic at "volume icon at the taskbar".

In case of a problem or clarification, don't hesitate to post.

NO active mixer is one of the volume control, your sound card or your audio port is not installed. try to install again your motherboard installer and locate for the audio of it of for the soundcard. Then after that restart and when the sounds come then you successfully installed it
