I just saw this same question, I guess maybe it was from someone else. I need more information here though, does the player still operate normally otherwise?
Does the computer seem to recognize the player it just won't load the music on it? Have you been able to load mp3s onto the player in the past just fine or is the first time you are trying? What version of Windows do you have?
Thanks Tim

Coby mp620 player won't list songs in album order

you might need to resync the mp3 player .. but first organize your album and music on your computer or what ever device your loading your music from... if that does not work reset the mp3 and reload and everything should go on in album order, thats if you have the time to resync it only the audio portion you should not have to reset the video or what ever else you have on there...

hope this helps

You can put a video on the device using "Coby Media Manager". To install it:
1. Plug your device into the computer
2. When the Autoplay menu appears, select "Open Folder to View". If no Autoplay menu appears, then look for the device in My Computer.
3. Launch the "coby-cometlite.exe" file and follow the setup instructions.
4. Now you should be able to use "Coby Media Manager" to automatically convert and transfer videos to the device,

My coby mp620 mp3 player won't play video even if it is converted to mtv file format .

There is an .exe file in your mp3 player, it is the Coby Media Manager. Install it into your PC and open and connect your mp3 player. Go to "Movie" section. Open any folder from your computer and right click and choose synchronization. The video can be any format. Trust me.
