This could mean the lid seal of the drawer is not sitting properly.
I would not be running the dishwasher in this condition as the water will enter the base of the dishwasher and trip the flood switch. This will then prevent you from running both the drawers until the base of the dishwasher is dried. Not a very easy job to get there.

Twin drawer model lower drawer working top drawer showing aF1 fault base of unit dry hose on both drawers clear ??

F1 the lid didn't seal right when drawer was shut.maybe a little piece of something was hindering it to close. If it is dry on the bottom and no leaking inlet valve your actuator is bad and won't let the lid down all the way and not seal properly. Still I pull the drawer out there are two square tab push and pull drawer a little further out tabs are left and right side of drawer behind front panel.soak up any water in the base pan. and let it dry well.maybe use a small fan for several hours.if you can also unplug the unit until you think it is dry enough to use

Can I take the freezer door apart and wrap the water line with more insolation

No, you can't. The line goes into the mold of the machine with no access there. You have either an air leak in the dispenser area, around the ice shoot possibly, or the resevoir, which is located on the refrigerator side in the lower area behind the drawers is freezing, which is most likely the case. There are vents on the lower section for the crisper drawers. If you take out the drawers you'll find a roll of 1/4 " tubing which they call a resevoir that cools the water down. This is probably frozen, and you can insulate this, but I would raise the temperature in the fridge side or close the vents to the crisper area.

Water is leaking from the top of the top drawer, mainly on the right side of the top drawer. Is there an adjustment to raise the tub so that it would have an even seal to prevent the water from leaking. I...

Don't know anythings about these but if they are drawers they either slide in and out or they roll on rollers it could be that the side guides that is moves in and out on has broken or come loose from the side of the dishwasher. Is it hard to open the drawer if so it could be that. Again I don't know anything about these hope this help though.

Both drawers have F1 code - leaking water, I think it's the lid seals

The lid actuators either failed or became disloged. This does not tell the dishwasher to lift the drawer up against the lid, resulting in water cascading over the sides of the dishwasher. There is one switch per drawer.

Fisher and Paykel Dishdrawer beeping constantly

leave it unpluged to stop for now, the machine has detected a leak and is constantly running hte pumps within the drawers to try to remove any water.. problrm is the water detector is in bottom under the lower drawer and htere is no pump to remove that water ..canbge a fickle machine as far as leaks are concerned, but the easy reason is usually misloading of the drawer itself, was an item put in that was too tall , preventing the lid from coming down and sealing off drawer causing water to overflow down the side??? there should be(so logn as no previous repairmen have taken it) a tech/trubleshooing guide taped to teh back wall behind the lower drawer, which is easily removed by unlocking hte hinges on either side of the front of drawer, explained in your manual

Flood switch

I had the same problem and I fixed mine. It wasn't hard at all. First, make sure power is off either unplug or shut off breaker. Next, open the lower drawer and on the sides toward the bottom you will see a circular recessed pin with a flat slot. Without forcing, wiggle the door down. When you get it off you have to remove the wire harness, just unplug it. Now, on the sides at the bottom, you will see where the drawer fits on the slid rail. Push the plastic button slightly to release the lock for the slid rail to the drawer and push the slid rail all the way back as to release the drawer fronm the rail. Be carefull when you release one side as to hold it up still while removing the other one. Now, flip the drawer on its side and try to get it as far out of the way as possible to the right of the unit. You will now notice a plastic cover at the back left of the unit. This is where the flood swith is. Remove this cover by sliding to the right. The will be water under the circuit board you see. Soak up as much as possible and you can use a hair dryer to get the tough spots. Now try to find the resson for the water. I had a mouse living under mine. Look for a break in one of the hoses. After all dried up turn power back in before reinstalling lower drawer. If dried properly, the dishwasher should stop beep beep beeping. Now turn water back on and run upper drawer. Inspect hoses again. 50/50 chance. If now water, reinstall lower by replacing plastic cover, place drawer on rails and slide all the way back. It should click back in if on rails correctly. Now install the door face, line up tabs into drawer, and slide up. Align holes for recessed circular pins and just push them in. Test lower. Thats all I got, Hope it helps.

Water pooling under my express thaw bin in bottom of refrigerator

no connection between lower drawer and water dispenser, however there is a water tank behind the crisper's storing water for the dispenser, its possible that there is a hole in the tank or a connection is leaking there and dripping water. remove all 3 crisper's and give a look at it. try getting water from dispenser while your checking (Might only leak when water dispenses
