Question about Mercury Computers & Internet
You have not provided the make and model of you PC. It would be helpful if you can provide the model of the mercury mainboard.
It is possible the Audio devices selection in Control panel is set to mute. That is the reason you may not be getting any sound in the speakers. Unmute it.
If this is not the problem, then best to re-install the driver.
You can yourself go this mercury website and download the audio driver after selecting the mainboard type of model no.
Install the driver and test.
