Question about RCA OPAL M4001 MP3 Player
Look if it has a reset button ..and reset it ..if not remove any power source ..and even if the battery is internal and you can not get to it to remove ...after it will drain out ..it will close...and will came back fine on restart ..
If it has no reset and after power blank will not get to normal ...you will have to download the update for the firmware and install it ..This should be available on the support site of the manufacturer..
