Try loading the system into safe mode- tap F8 right after the BIOS splash screen- select Safe Mode. See if there are any drivers in the device manager that have exclamation points by them- if so, try uninstalling that driver then restarting the system to see if you can get into normal windows. If it does, try finding an updated driver-
If you can't, or if reinstalling the driver shows the same error- it could be the hardware itself failing.
