This problem is caused by a dirty optical lens or damage, you have only two option you may replace a new optical lens or try to clean it. in cleaning it you should use a cotton buds then try to wipe it gently and be sure not to touch the optical lens.
When a DVD player starts doing that,
it either needs to be cleaned, or something is going wrong with the
DVD mechanism inside of it. You can purchase DVD lens cleaner from
any large retail store that has an electronics section. However, if
you clean it and the problem persists, it will likely be cheaper to
replace the unit rather than trying to have it repaired unless you're
under warranty in which case any repair or exchange will be covered
by said warranty. If you call the manufacturer they will give
you your full range of options.

it appears yous direct drive motor is damaged. When a disc does not spin, it will say the same as a bad disc. You can easily get this fixed, but not cost efficient. Better off replacing it the component.
This is most likely a problem with the hardware, assuming you've already tried multiple discs. If the disc does not spin at all, the drive motor is likely bad. I would recommend excercising whatever warranty came with the unit, if still available.
