Check "Speaker A B " buttons on front of the receiver. Make sure they are ON. Then check your "Input Mode" button. It will show in display either coax, digital, analog or auto. set to "Auto" If you still have an issue, post a comment and I can help you troubleshoot further. Hope this helps.

Minimal volume for my turntable

A turntable is always compatible with any sound system. The problem here is that turntables need and pre amplified input to work, and since you don't see turntables anymore, most sound systems only have level inputs like the CD in, Auxiliary, etc. like yours. You will need to buy a small in-line amplifier made especifically for turntables. Although it might be hard to find one and in some cases it will cost a bundle, but start by asking about such a device at your local electronics store. They will probably at least be able to cue you in to where you can get one locally. If all else fails search the net for:"Turntable pre-amp" and you should get all the info you need and find a few online stores that sell them.

Speaker interference

you should be able to disconnect the analog audio cables from the cable box and Denon, with the HDMI connected, press the input mode button on the front left of the reciever to select auto and that should fix the issue

Best way to hook up all my componets

The best way to use the Denon and get your money's worth is to connect all devices to the Denon using HDMI connects if possible, if you use HDMI make sure you assign the audio if needed.
HDMI from Denon to TV. the Denon will upconvert all signals to HDMI to the TV

Denon avr-1907 sound from TV stopped working

Help with hooking PS3 to a Denon Receiver. It worked before, but I had to move everything to a different location and when I hooked it back up the PS3 has sound but no picture. I have it hooked directly to the receiver with and HDMI cable (the receiver is hooked up to our cable box which is directly hooked to the tv via HDMI cable).

No sound when ps3 is hooked up to a denon avr 1609

The 1609 only has video on the HDMI. No audio comes through the HDMI cables. Hook up an optical cable between your ps3 and the receiver and you should be good to go.

No audio from PS3.

works great, plenty of plug-ins, easy set up, but you get 2 hdmi ins 1 out. hdmis' work great one cable for sound and video but the denon avr588 doesn't accept sound through the hdmi cable.(it's noted in the manual) why not? i don't understand. so you go with optical or coaxial for audio. it works but extra cables.
