That is an internal motor issue with the mixer, you can open the machine up, and replace the motor for the mixer, or rebuild it, but it is extremely difficult. You are going to need to get the new part from Black and Decker, you may be better off just getting them to repair it. It's possible it's still under warranty and would be free. I'd check with them regardless before you do anything with this unit:

Definitely try them and see what they can do for you, but the motor itself has major issues for sure.

Thanks
Tim

Black & decker breadmachine 1630 owners manual

I have listed a link below for you to go to. Once you are on the new webpage, you will see a blue button towards the center-top of the page. It is labeled "Upload Manual". Once you click the button, follow the directions from there. You should be able to save the manual to your desktop (or whatever file location you would prefer), and also print it, should you care to.

I purchased a b2300 bread machine and did not get the mixing blades with machine , how do i get these?

As you know there are 2 paddles. You can order them here for $12.99 each.

http://www.abtecparts.com/commerce/search/products/?product_id=01AXBD5411089130103&merchant_id=1933

If the product is new you should contact Black and Decker using the number in your users manual or 1-800-231-9786 and ask how to get your blades for your new bread maker. This is a bonafide warranty situation.

Thanks for choosing FixYa.

The left mixing paddle stops when it comes in contact with dough while mixing

Hi,
Could be a few things. Check to make sure the paddle is not sticking . It should turn freely by hand with the pan out of the machine. If it is sticking it could be the sealed bearing has failed. Check the tension on the belts. They could have loosened up and are slipping. Motor and belts are in the base of the machine.( Be sure to unplug machine when checking belts) Check to make sure the pan is properly inserted in the machine. Hank

Blackndecker b2300 breadmachine

Hi, Take the pan out of the machine and see if you can turn the paddles by hand. If yes that's good...if no then paddles are sticking. Keep pan out of machine and start a kneading cycle. Look through the lid window and see if the motor shafts are turning. If no...then the belts fell off or are loose. If everything is fine then maybe it's the electronic panel. Hank

When you want to make only dough the dough senting does not work

The dough setting has a 20 minute delay before the paddles start to move. The manual say's "for most programs, there will be a 15-minute delay before mixing cycle begins"

Paddle stuck inside bread

I have the B2300 bread machine as well and I have encountered the same problem as you. So, I came up with the idea of removing the paddles right after the machine has stopped mixing the dough. Whenever I bake bread at home, I tend to follow the above mentioned solution and it made my life much easier.
