Question about Avery Design Pro 5.0 for PC
It means the printer selected by the software is the wrong one, it usually just uses your "default" windows printer. What you want to do is make sure the cd label software is closed, then click START, go to CONTROL PANEL, in there you will have Printers or something similar. It will pull up a list of the printers on your computer. The one with the green check mark next to it is the default one, which sounds like your black and white laser. Your other printer will be listed there as well. With the mouse - right click on the color printer listed, and go to SET AS DEFAULT. This will move the check mark to this printer, which is what we want.
Once you have this done, re-open the label software and you should be printing to the correct printer.
