I can describe it but see if you can follow this link which I uploaded a couple of weeks ago. If you cannot, just re-post and I'll describe it instead.

I finished changing the fuel lines on my Poulan wild thing chain saw and I need to see a breakdown of the routing of the new lines to see if I got them right.

Just remember the primer pulls fuel from the carb, into the bulb, and back to the tank, not the other way round, the longer of the two pipes on the primer is always the pressure side, so always goes back to tank, the shorter conection is the suction side so goes to the carb.

WHAT IS THE FUEL LINE ROUTING FOR A POULAN 2375LE. IS THERE A ROUTING CHART?

The fuel line from the tank with the filter on the end, goes to the main fuel inlet on the carb, the conection nearest to the alloy pump cover held with a single screw, the other conection on the carb goes to the shorter of the two conections on the back of the primer ( the suction side ), the shorter of the two conections on the back of the primer ( the pressure side ) has a hose back to the tank, just remember the primer pulls fuel from the carb, into the primer, and then back to tank.

I need a routing map of the fuel lines for the wildthing 2375

There is no diagram that shows this, however i can tell you where they go, the fuel hose from the tank with the fuel filter on goes to the fuel inlet on the carb, the nozzel nearest to the pump side of the carb ( cover held with one screw ) the pipe from the carb nearest to the metering side ( cover held with four screws ) goes to the suction side of the primer ( short nozzel on primer ) there is then a pipe from the pressure side of the primer ( longest nozzel on the primer ) back to the tank ( just pushed into the top of the tank ), just remenber the primer pulls fuel from the carb, and dumps it back into the tank.

All my fuel lines fell apart. I do not know where they go.

All Poulans are similar, I am forced to believe your saw is a "2375 Type MyBestGuess".
An example IPL for a Poulan "2375 Gas Chain Saw Type 7" follows (may not be your saw):
The IPL (exploded parts list) for your saw is the only detail for fuel line routing and it is sketchy at best. Fuel components and part numbers are listed but may be on different illustrations. They are also beneficial with disassembly/reassembly: It is deceptive it appears the filtered line goes to the primer, it doe not! It connects to the carburetor input. Trace your existing lines and they will bear my fuel schematic out.

A typical fuel system and a couple of hints can be found here:

If your saw is not a Type 7, you can find the correct IPL here:

The dash number of your serial number is the type.

How do I hook up a fuel line to a carbuertor on a Poulan 18 inch?

  • The hose in the tank with the filter on the free end connects directly to the carburetor input connection.
  • If the saw is equipped with a primer bulb, an output line from the carburetor connects to the suction side of the primer (once the bulb is collapsed it draws fuel from the tank through the carburetor to refill as it inflates).
  • The pressure side of the primer returns displaced fuel to the tank as it is depressed.
Take lots of notes and a few digital photographs to help with reassembly.

I have a Poulan 2375 chainsaw. The fuel lines became brittle and broke. I purchased new lines, but I need a diagram to see where the belong... there are two different size lines... but where the heck do...
