Question about Carrier XHB123D X/Y Series Heat/Cool Air Conditioner
I have a Carrier Weather maker 8000. My top part of my house is very hot and basement it cold. I have no air comming out of my vents. I can hear the blower come on and air seems to be sucking from the vents instead of blowing air. Can someone help me?
Your cooling coil may be frozen. Turn the fan on and the cooling to off so air will circulate to defrost the coil. After air circulation is re-established in about 90 minutes turn the cooling back on. Operate the system with the fan on when in the cooling mode should eliminate the freezing problem.
