The PUK number is available from your network service provider. Regardless of what they say, it's on their computer, along with all the info of your phone. They can even read your txt msgs.

To unlock your cellular phone you will need to enter the code. This code is just a calculation of IMEI number of your phone. To find your phones IMEI number -type *#06# into your phone or look under the phone battery.
There are different online services that will calculate the unlock code for your IMEI number.
I can recommend this one (cheap and reliable).
