Without the benefit of a response from any of rickyostrom, liusgarciaca, or hotdog233311, I think we can say the problem lies with the fact that your magenta cartridge isn't printing. You can confirm this by carrying out a nozzle check print.
If any of you would like further assistance in restoring your magenta to working condition, please do a new post to this effect.

Get one of the resetters for the ink cartridges (might not be easily available in the US - I know they are available in Thailand. Reset (electronic resetting of the internal chip) the color cartridges to "full" and then set the printer to "BLACK ONLY". Don't print in color and you can print black. Alternately get a set of refillable cartridges (I got a set again in Thailand for about $20 for the set of 6) fill the black and ignore the others. it will ONLY print BLACK

When a inkjet printer has not been used for weeks the ink dries up in the print head and is virtually impossible to remove. Changing ink cartridges will not fix this problem.
Try head cleaning several times and if head cleaning does not clear the blocked black print head then the print head needs to be replaced.
NOTE - the cost of the print head is expensive, you may consider a new better printer instead buying a print head.

1. Go to epson.com, select drivers and downloads, All in one, choose RX580, and your operating system (windows or Mac), click on the + for the combo package, select driver.
2. Download and save to your desktop. The driver needs to be unzipped. Let the computer install for you.
