Question about Briel ED271AP 10-Cup Multi-Pro Espresso / Coffee
My wife and I have owned 3 pump machines over the past 15 years or so (El Expresso and 2 Krups). I am ready to move up to something about $400, and would appreciate some advice. We use it every day, and make about 4 large caps. The Rancilio Sivia looks good. Opinions? Best sources? Amazon.com has one called the Briel multi pro for the same money. Thank you. I have the Briel Multi Pro and it has never made satifactory espresso. It doesn't seem like the water gets hot enough and doesn't have enough pressure. My husband and I have just been making two cups of strong coffee and then frothing milk to make a latte.
Yes, you can get better quality from Rancilio silvia, if you try to get the maximum from it. i believe that in short tame you will be able to do it.
in the video she uses the machine but im not content about one detail, i give solution there.
