when I am watching a show with more white on the screen. The screen blinks and the red light flashes 5 times. Can you help? thanks

blinks 5 times and screen flashes,takes a long time to come on.

I have the same tv with the same problem.Took the back off and used a compressor to clean dust off,worked the 1rst time but started it again.Did it again and it didn't help at all.Need help.

I took the back off,took a compressor with high pressure of 80-120 psi,blew out entire componants therowly,cleaned off the lenses,put it back togather,and it stopped!I had a dust problem.Hope it works for you.
