Question about Quasar VM-D51 Camcorder

Quasar vm-d51 analog palmcorder a/v cable

I have old movies on vhs-c cassettes from a Quasar vm-d51 palmcorder that I want to transfer to dvd, but I don't have the audio/visual cable to hook the camera up for transfer. The original cable had a single prong that connected to the camera and then the three colored prongs on the other end. What cable is compatible for replacement?

Camcorder hookup for tv?

I am successfully using my old Quasar VM-D51 camcorder as a WebCam and it works great. My computer has a TV Capture Card with an analog input (I am using the RCA plug on it). The camera has a output connection on the lower right side (just below the hand strap). You will need a mini plug to RCA adapter to make the transition. The software for the TV Capture Card does the rest. Radio Shack has all of the hardware you will need. Hope this helps. Good Luck--buzzard14@verizon.net
