Hi. Intellipoint software might be corrupted that is why you are getting this error message. Download and install latest software for the intellipoint and monitor the issue.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

My Facebook account will not let me logout?so i can close the screen

If you are on your laptop or home computer you can always close out and not really worry about it. But if you are on a shared computer or just don't want people on your Facebook account then there are a couple of things you can try. 1. Check to be sure you have internet. -You can't log out of the website if you aren't connected to the internet. 2. Hit reload in your browser. -Sometimes web browsers fail and need to be restarted. I know that Google Chrome tells you when you are having a problem like that and gives you the option to kill the page or wait. 3. If all else fails, turn it off and then back on. -This is the golden rule of electronics. When stuff starts to go wrong, restart it. Then you can go back to Facebook and see if you are still logged in, and if you can log out then.

Is microsoft intellipoint needed in startup. Trying to figure out what program is running in the backgrond when I shut down the system. I close out all running applications before shutting down.

Intellipoint is used for your Microsoft mouse. You can disable it and use the generic mouse drivers, but you won't be able to use the mouse's special buttons and extra functions.

I am a new Home Max customer and I have followed the instructions to connect my Live box to my PC. My laptop is working nicely wirelessly but my PC is not. The problem is that Internet Explorer keeps...

Reinstall the Internet Explorer, that will help.
U can reinstall Internet Explorer by clicking on start, control panel, add/remove programs, add/remove windows components, remove a checkmark next to Internet Explorer.
Then restart the computer.
Again go to start, control panel, add/remove programs, add/remove windows components, put a checkmark next to Internet Explorer.
Then apply, ok and again restart the computer.
Try to connect to internet and then check.
It will not close again.
Its possible that something might have been downloaded accidently and that is interfering with the internet.
It should work.
Otherwise, go to start, run, msconfig, startup, disable all, apply, ok and he restart the computer.
It will block some programs that may interfere with ur Wireless Internet Access.
It will work.
