Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
If it is a Chinese board there is not very much one do about them other than replacing the board as you are prepared for it. But before we do that lets try and decipher the resistor values. After that all you have to do is match the value and solder it to the board. Visit the following links and match the colors carefully to get the correct value.

Resistor values are defined by the colour bands on their bodies. An explanation of how to read the colours can be found at http://wiki.xtronics.com/index.php/Resistor_Codes
If you simply want the value there's a calculator at http://www.dannyg.com/examples/res2/resistor.htm
Just select the colours in the same order as they are on the resistor to find the value.
