it is a widget on your phone.
Just tap on the arrow located on the top lefthand corner to open the widget bar then tap/drag & drop the "no event" icon to your widget bar.
Tap on the arrow again to hide the widget bar.

This is not something that you can find easily.Every phone has a unique
code.what you can do is take your phone to a local mobile repair shop
where you can get it unlocked.Just tell them that it is a network
locked phone and you want to get it unlocked.
It is chargeable n not free.I bought mine from London and I gave Rs.800 (about 10 pounds).
