Question about Car Audio & Video
If all other in dash receivers you have had in that car have worked well, it is likely that they did not hook up the antenna lead when it was installed. I suspect they do not want to waste the time checking on it. The antenna lead looks similar to a coaxial cable on your TV so check the back of the radio to make sure it is plugged in or even better make the installer do it. :).
