Will not work with iTunes, but will work with just about any other music service. Use Windows Media Player to transfer songs to player.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I have a MAC and it will recognise the sandisk m240 mp3 player. When you look under the finder tab it is there. But when I try to download songs from i tunes it won't work. Any ideas?

Hello,

Tranferring songs from iTunes to the m240 needs to be done in mp3 format. iTunes music in aac format should be converted to mp3.

Putting files in the mp3 format:
1. Using iTunes 7:

2. using iTunes 8:

On next site follow the steps how to download mp3 files in iTunes proceeding from step 1:

I only have 32 MB on my SanDisk M240, but it says there's only 32 KB left. Every time I remove a song to make more room, it shows LESS space. What's going on? Am I not supposed to remove and ad songs...

Try reflashing the firmware for your device you can find the latest firmware and flashing utilities from the SanDisk website(http://www.sandisk.com/). Make sure that you back your music up first because when you do this you are setting it back to factory settings.

Help Please!!

Hi,

Have you gone to the mp3 player in my computer?
windown media player doesnt normaly put them into the music folder it usually just puts them on them front page.
If they are there try putting them into the music folder, and that should work.

God Bless
