Question about Sony PlayStation 2 (PS2) Console
We moved and have not used our PS2 in months (it is a little over a year old and was never used much). We just tried to hook it back up for the first time today and power comes to the console but the red light is the only light that comes on. We used the same connectors to try our old PS one and it works just fine. The color never changes on the PS2 and the disk doesn't spin. Do you have any suggestions?
Is the system fat or slim?
If its fat then it is the internal power supply.
a 12$ total fix from parts via ebay takes 10-15 min to take apart and re-assemble. I can help you step by step let me know.
