Hi just read your posting. If your machine does not power up when you turn the power on at the power outlet then there are 2 reasons for this,The 1st is your drain pump is faulty or 2nd your control module is faulty.Would you like help in the testing of the pump to see if this is the fault. If it is the pump that is faulty then the control module should be alright but if the pump is not faulty then the fault is the control module. Also check the power outlet with a small appliance to see if there is power there.Looking forward to your reply.

the size of the machine needs to be set. if you recently replaced a board the first thing you need to do is 'size set' the machine and instructions should come with the board. holding wash temp up/down and pressing power should get you into the menu, though it's too much to explain here.

Washing Machine Intuitive Eco model number IW811 won't power on?

Possible Cause Solution The power switch is not turned on at the wall. Unplug the machine from the wall. Wait 60 seconds, plug back in and turn the power back on again. The household power supply is at fault. Try plugging another electrical appliance into the power slot.

Hi - this is a strange one - I could be wrong here but I think that theres two likely possibilities for you - first is the motor controller board could be faulty - it may have a short on the switch ic for the drain pump - the other is there maybe an air lock or blockage to the pressure tube - remove the display panel to access the clear tube - unclip it & blow into towards the bowl to see if theres a blockage.

You say as soon as the start switch is pushed the pump runs continously? or does it come on as soon as the power button is pushed? either way I think the controller maybe faulty - haven't come across aything like this one before...

Fisher & Paykel Intuitive Eco switching itself off during cycle.

Could be a bad drain pump or controller or rotor position sensor. You will need a Tech to take a look. Unfortunately with these machines there can be many reasons for a failure. Call F/P to get a certified technician out there.

Intuitive eco - no power

Definately need to get a service man out. Sounds like the computer board has failed & the tech will need to check if another part was the cause of the board failure.

This is normal, because your washer will make sounds that you may not have heard from other washer.
