Red light blinks and wont stay on when push power button

You can do this fan test.

Turn the main switch off, hold the eject button.

While holding the eject button, turn the main switch on, when the power light is green, release it and you should hear a beep.

The fan will operate at the highest speed possible and will eject any disc that is inside.

After about 15 seconds the fan will stop spinning and the ps3 will beep 3 times and the red light will blink. When this happens, turn the main switch off and on then turn it on normally.

Tell me how this goes!!

What is wrong with my xbox it says error 65?

Error 65: DVD Drive Error.... DVD Timeout, Wrong firmware, dvd is without f/w chip, etc. This can also be caused by the tray not being fully closed on boot.

Flashing red:
1.the av cable cannot be detected
Make sure that the AV cable is correctly connected to the Xbox 360 console.
Disconnect the AV cable from the Xbox 360 console, and then reconnect the AV cable to the Xbox 360 console.
If the four flashing red lights continue to flash, try wiping the metal area of the AV pack with a dry cloth. The metal area is the end that plugs into the console. Wipe the metal area thoroughly, and then try the AV Pack again.
If the AV cable is correctly connected but the four red lights are still flashing, substitute a different AV cable if you have one available.
2.general hardware failure
Try restarting the console.
If restarting the console does not resolve the behavior, follow these steps:
Turn the console off.
Unplug all the power and AV cables from the console.
Unplug the power cord from the wall socket.
Firmly reconnect all the cables.
Turn on the console.
If these steps do not resolve the behavior, turn the console off, remove the hard drive, and then turn on the console. If the 3x Red LED error light is no longer displayed, turn the console off, re-attach the hard drive, and then turn on the console.
Also examine the lights on the power supply. When you turn on the console, the power supply light should illuminate green even if the three lights on the RoL flash red.

The specific type of hardware failure can be determined by a "hidden" error code
Turn the xbox 360 on, and wait till the 3 red lights are flashing.
Press and hold the sync up button (the small white one), while holding that button press the eject button.
The LEDs will now blink the first number in the code (as described below).
Release the eject button and press it again.
The LEDs will now blink the second number of the code.
Release the eject button and press it again.
The LEDs will now blink the third number of the code.
Release the eject button and press it again.
The LEDs will now blink the forth number of the code.
Release the eject button and press it again.
The LEDs will go back to the 3 red flashing lights.
You should be able to determine the difference between the 3 flashing lights and the error code lights by the rate in which they flash.

Here is how you interpret the LEDs to get the code number:
All four lights flashing - 0
One light flashing - 1
Two Lights flashing - 2
Three lights flashing - 3

Mid game my console beeped and shutoff. Now it wont eject disk or turn on at all. Light goes Green, Yellow then flashes Red

your PS3 overheated, what you need to do is remove the power cable and hold the power button for 5 seconds to make sure that there is no power left, then plug it back in and press the eject button hold it down, it will power up and eject disk, if that fails, you need to RMA your ps3 to sony or you can try and return it to vendor with the game case or dvd case of the disk that is stuck they should replace both

A game is stuck in the tray. The green light is

There is a way to manually remove it. First you will want to unplug the power for a few minutes to let your Xbox reset. Re-attach the power cord and see if you can now eject your DVD. If that did not work turn the power off and unplug it. Remove the faceplate on you Xbox console. You will need a thick paper clip or something similar. Straighten one end of it out. With the faceplate removed you will see 2 small holes right underneath the DVD player and one hole to the right.
Since Microsoft decided to use 3 different DVD drives the procedure will vary. If you have a Samsung or Toshiba drive use the small hole on the right. Should be right underneath the X on the DVD drive faceplate. Push your straightened paper clip in the hole until you feel it hit the gear. The gear needs to be spun from left to right. Poke around until you find it then push in gently until you feel it move. You will see the tray start to move out.
For Hitatchi DVD drives go for the first hole on the left. Beng DVD drives will use the middle hole. This requires the most pressure to get the gear to turn. You will see the tray start to move take your time and do not push too hard in case you are missing the correct spot. Once the tray starts to eject you can pull on it slightly to help it open. You should now be able to remove your Game.

Original xbox continous blinking green light, no eject & loading

sounds like a bad cable between the console and the TV, the XBOX is notorious for having issues if the cable isn't the correct one (a Microsoft one) or damaged.

the flash green with nothing else happening can be a failed bios.. coma console variant. It's possible to fix it with a chip, but uneconomic considering the price of a working box these days. It can also be a failed ide controller or bad ram..whatever, it's normally a scrapper with these symptoms unless you have a good junkbox...
If you have an xbox that fell it's always worth changing over the dvd drives, as they can cause weird faults as well, (as mentioned above re: unknown disks) as the green flashing is the usual "loading disk" message.
