Question about HP Officejet 5610 All-In-One InkJet Printer
The cartridge error message appears when the printer doesn't detect the cartridges or when you are using a wrong cartridge. It may also happen when a cartridge is refilled. Try using correct cartridge & check. If you are using correct cartridges then try pressing # & 6 or # & 9 to reset it completely. Hope this helps...
