Question about Washing Machines
Thanks for using FixYa. It means that the washer is not detecting entrance of water or pressure switch trip is not detected. Please press pause/cancel button twice to clear the error code. Let the unit drain and unlocking the door. Now switch it off and let it without power for about ten minutes and replace all the cables and switch it on. If still the issue is not resolved and there is no water in it then you'll need to check that the inlet valves are not kinked or plugged. If there is water in it then you'll need to check the drain pump and inlet valve operation. Also check that the pressure switch hose is properly connected and check the wire harness connections to Central Control Unit, inlet valve, drain pump and pressure switch. Please accept the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

Tips for a great answer:
The breakdown for Whirlpool Serial Numbers is:
1st Alpha Character = Manufacturing Division Code.
2nd Alpha Character = Year Manufactured (See Tables).
1st and 2nd Digit = Week of Year Manufactured.
3rd though 7th Digit = Order of Manufacturing that Week.
